INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Flourishing Pathway Collective.

Thank you for purchasing from Flourishing Pathway Collective, an imprint of SGC Consultants Ltd. We aim to be fair, transparent and clear about our refund policy so you understand your rights before purchasing any of our products or services.

This policy should be read alongside your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

1 - COOLING-OFF PERIOD (CONSUMERS)

If you are a consumer (an individual purchasing for personal use), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of entering into a contract with us, without giving any reason.

However, if you request that services begin within the 14-day cooling-off period, or you access any digital content, download materials, join a course area, or access any programme resources, you acknowledge that the service has begun and you may lose your right to cancel or receive a full refund.

2 - DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of digital products (including eBooks, downloadable resources, journals, templates, and online materials), purchases are non-refundable once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or made available to you, unless the product is faulty.

By purchasing digital content, you expressly consent to immediate access being provided before the end of the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that this means you lose your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations once access or download begins.

If digital content is defective, inaccessible, corrupted, or materially different from its description, please contact us and we will work with you to provide access, replacement materials, repair, or an appropriate refund where required.

3 - COURSES AND PROGRAMMES

Payment for courses and programmes is for the programme as a whole and not for individual sessions.

Unless otherwise stated, course and programme fees are non-refundable once the course or programme has commenced or course/programme materials have been accessed.

If we cancel a course or programme, you may be entitled to a partial refund for any sessions you have paid for but not received.

4 - WORKSHOPS AND EVENTS

Cancellations made more than 7 days before a workshop or event may be eligible for a refund. Cancellations within 7 days may not be refundable.

Where workshop materials, recordings, or downloadable resources have already been provided or accessed, refunds may be reduced or unavailable.

If we are required to cancel, postpone, or substantially change an event, we will provide information regarding transfer options, credit, or refunds where appropriate.

5 - TRANSFERS

If you are unable to attend a course, programme, workshop, or event, please contact us as soon as possible. Where appropriate and at our discretion, we may offer alternative arrangements, including transfer to a future date if available. Transfer requests are subject to availability and may not be possible in all circumstances. An administration fee may apply.

6 - FAILURE TO ATTEND OR COMPLETE

If you do not attend or complete a course, programme, workshop or event, the full fee remains payable and is non-refundable.

7 - COACHING SESSIONS

Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Missed sessions or late cancellations may not be refunded.

8 - PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

If you receive a physical product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

9 - SUBSCRIPTIONS AND MEMBERSHIPS

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle the subscriber to refunds for previous subscription periods already paid.

If you wish to cancel a subscription, please contact us first so we can help ensure your subscription is cancelled correctly and promptly.

10 - CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

We encourage customers to contact us first if they experience any issues with their purchase so we can work towards a fair resolution. Unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of access to products, services, or future purchases while the matter is investigated.

11 - HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

We aim to treat all refund and cancellation requests fairly, reasonably, and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
